there is no air conditioning in the condo The condo is equipped with ceiling fans and floor fans. Typically during the summer the mountain air cools at night so we suggest opening the windows at night and CLOSING the windows, blinds and curtains during the day.

There is a large flat screen TV in both the Living room and Master bedroom that offers cable and Netflix for your enjoyment and free Wi-Fi. the kitchen is fully equipped to make a quick snack or to prepare a feast You will find upgraded appliances, ample place settings and a much-deserved dishwasher. Two grocery stores are located essentially on your doorstep for all the staples, and a quick trip for a forgotten item! There is a beautiful quartz topped peninsula island that allows family and guests to sit, relax and visit with the cook over cocktails or hot chocolate. A private balcony off the living room provides a spot to enjoy your morning coffee or to barbecue on the Weber gas BBQ.
this spacious 3 bedroom, southeast facing condo has two master bedrooms One with a King size bed and corner chair and table for reading and unwinding. There is a walk in closet with plenty of storage room. You can access the common washroom with a stand-alone shower through a private entrance. The other Master bedroom boasts a Queen size bed and a private ensuite washroom with a shower/ tub combination. It is located on the opposite side of the condo and is ideal for another couple or teens who like their own space. The third bedroom has one queen bed and one single (twin) bed separated by a low profile 2 drawer dresser.
